About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support a broad array of strategic, analytical projects and divisional planning
  • Assist with development of the business plan and strategy for Retail Markets
  • Perform ad hoc analytic projects
  • Interface with various business teams to achieve goals and desired outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing an MHA, MHSA, MPH, MS-HSM, MBA or similar master’s degree with an interest in health care management and strategic planning
  • Graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
  • Not eligible under OPT or CPT; work visa sponsorship is not offered
  • Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Experience interacting with personnel across departments and at various levels of an organization
  • Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
  • Experience with analytics and information synthesis
  • Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office products
  • Preferred: health insurance or health care industry experience or a strong interest in the industry
