About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead business analysis and ensure alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies
  • Ensure consistency and efficiency of major, complex, and strategic cross-divisional and enterprise-wide projects and initiatives from inception to completion
  • Provide oversight and coordination of project teams, resources, and budgets
  • Implement projects and initiatives according to dynamic and critical timelines
  • Interact with all levels of management, including senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR 9 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations or relevant health care industry experience
  • 3 years of experience leading large and complex multi-million dollar projects
  • Experience communicating with senior management from multiple divisions
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations
  • Strong problem-solving, issue resolution and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
  • Experience interpreting business and financial information to support decision-making
  • Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including establishing cross-functional working relationships, facilitating discussions, and building collaborative team environments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
  • PC proficiency, including MS Office products
  • Experience analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps, dependencies, risks, and downstream impacts, and working with stakeholders to drive clarification and resolution
  • Health insurance or healthcare industry experience with emphasis on Product, Sales, Enrollment, Membership, or Provider operations
  • Proven strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Ability to drive decisions, create optionality, evaluate tradeoffs, and determine impacts of solution approaches
  • Knowledge of Facets and other CCR applications
  • Knowledge of provider operations and provider data management
  • Experience performing end-to-end impact analysis across business processes, operational workflows, data, and technology platforms
  • Experience using SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
  • Understanding of healthcare data flows, system integrations, and dependencies across enterprise applications
  • Basic understanding of AWS services, including S3 and Lambda concepts
  • Experience partnering with business and technology teams to define requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful implementation outcomes
  • Experience evaluating current-state business processes and systems for improvement, simplification, automation, and operational efficiency
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions, and cross-functional decision-making discussions
