About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of analytics professionals supporting Strategic Sourcing, Contracting, and Vendor Management
- Develop actionable insights from spend, supplier, contract, market, and operational data
- Drive cost optimization, value creation, risk mitigation, operational insights, and supplier performance improvements
- Establish data ownership, governance standards, and accountability for procurement-related data assets
- Ensure data consistency, quality, accessibility, and compliance across the department
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and business stakeholders
- Develop data-driven visualizations
- Deliver executive-level insights
- Advance analytics capabilities
- Enable informed decision-making that maximizes vendor return on investment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, Accounting or Finance OR 4 years’ experience
- 7 years’ experience interfacing with internal stakeholders and/or internal clients
- 7 years’ experience requiring data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare data
- 4 years’ leadership experience, including 2 years in a management position
- Experience with vendor contracts, key metadata, and high-level products and services procured by a large services organization
- Demonstrated experience applying quantitative and qualitative standards, performance measures, and statistical methodologies
- Negotiation, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- PC proficiency including Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Preferred: 5 years’ experience interfacing with Procurement and/or Supply Chain professionals
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Analytics or Information Management
- Preferred: Alteryx Certification (Essentials, Designer Core, or Designer Advanced)
- Preferred: Ability to code in Python and Microsoft Visual Studio Code
- Preferred: Microsoft PowerBI Certification (PL-300 or DP-600)
- Candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship, including H-1B, TN, OPT, CPT, or other employment-based sponsorship, are not eligible
- Must work in the office at least three days per week under the hybrid FLEX policy
