About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support leadership by delivering Pharmacy strategy development, planning, and implementation projects
- Help drive growth and improve the affordability of products and services
- React to shifting competitive trends and external forces in the Pharmacy space
- Analyze competitive intelligence, internal financials, secondary research, and other data sources
- Synthesize data clearly and actionably
- Drive projects through to impact
- Formulate, plan, and implement strategy and transformative efforts
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and prioritize opportunities
- Manage complex projects
- Collaborate across the matrixed organization and work directly with leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or MBA and 5 years of general industry experience, or 2 years of consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm
- Knowledge of corporate strategy and/or transformation core skill sets
- Experience formulating, planning, and/or implementing strategy and transformative efforts
- Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Ability to provide insights and implications, inform decision making, make recommendations, and prioritize new opportunities
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve complex problems with some oversight
- Experience managing complex projects with some oversight
- Ability to build strong connections with people and teams and drive results across a matrixed environment
- Ability to work directly with leadership with some oversight
- Ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written, and visual channels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple complex priorities
- Advanced degree such as MBA, MHA, MD, JD, or PhD preferred
- Healthcare industry experience, especially in the pharmacy value chain, preferred
- Experience with corporate strategy, growth strategy, product strategy, or business case development preferred
