  • Conduct research, analyze data and information, and develop recommendations for business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Support departmental initiatives improving business outcomes and member and client experience
  • Develop and deliver a final internship presentation to department leadership covering the project, results, and recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree; rising senior with a major in computer science, information technology, or information systems; other majors may be considered
  • Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0
  • Available for the full duration of the 10-week program
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available
  • Experience in programming languages including Java, .NET, XML, Python, etc. is preferred
  • Experience in Robotic Process Automation is a plus
  • Prior related technical internship or work experience is a plus
  • Volunteerism or leadership experience is a plus
  • Involvement in IT-related associations/organizations or relevant technical competitions is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to grasp new and unfamiliar concepts
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to prioritize and support multiple projects
  • Practical PC skills, especially Office 365 and virtual team collaboration tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, and applicable compliance policies
