About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and grow a portfolio of agency and agent partners
- Build strong partner relationships and identify opportunities to increase engagement and production
- Help agencies and agents navigate Pivot Health products, tools, processes, and opportunities
- Engage partners through outreach, agency visits, business reviews, training, and targeted growth conversations
- Analyze account performance data to identify trends and opportunities and improve production and retention
- Travel to agency offices, conferences, and partner events
- Represent Pivot Health at agency and industry events, delivering product education, training, and business updates
- Support product launches, sales initiatives, and campaigns by educating partners and driving adoption
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to resolve barriers and improve the partner experience
- Share partner feedback and market insights to inform products, processes, and future growth
- Maintain accurate partner activity, opportunities, and account information in CRM and internal systems
- Take ownership of account performance and strengthen Pivot Health’s distribution network
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in account management, partner development, sales, or insurance operations, ideally within a B2B insurance distribution model
- Understanding of the individual health insurance market, particularly under-65 products
- Comfortable working with brokers, agencies, agents, and uplines
- Commercially minded and motivated by growth
- Strong relationship-building and business conversation skills
- Comfortable presenting and training to small and large audiences
- Ability to use data to understand account activity and turn insights into action
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable owning a portfolio of partners in a remote environment
- Comfortable with technology and experience with enrollment, quoting, or broker platforms such as E123, HealthSherpa, or similar tools
- CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus
- Willing and able to travel approximately 30% on average for agency visits, partner trainings, conferences, and industry events
- Experience managing agent or agency relationships in a remote environment is a differentiator
- Familiarity with multi-carrier insurance distribution models is a differentiator
- Experience with broker enablement or enrollment platforms is a differentiator
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
