About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform capillary blood collection by finger prick during workplace health screening events
- Guide and support participants throughout the screening process
- Explain measurements and collected health indicators within professional scope of practice
- Support additional screening stations, including blood pressure, body composition and lung function tests
- Ensure hygienic, professional and well-organised on-site processes
- Prepare and clean the work area and materials before and after assignments
- Collaborate with the HealthCaters team and other healthcare professionals
- Document relevant procedures according to internal quality standards
- Work at corporate client locations across Switzerland and potentially selected nearby European countries
- Complete assignments typically lasting one to three days
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must already be legally authorised to practise as a nurse or healthcare professional in Switzerland
- Must be permitted to perform venous blood collection under local regulations
- HealthCaters cannot provide visa, relocation, professional licensing or recognition support
- A degree, completed or in progress, in medicine, healthcare or social science
- Friendly, outgoing and professional manner
- Confidence and enthusiasm when interacting with a wide range of people
- Independent, reliable and detail-oriented working style
- Strong awareness of hygiene, quality and data-protection requirements
- Willingness to travel for one-day or multi-day assignments at corporate client locations
- Valid driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory
- Fluency in German, French or Italian required depending on assignment location
- Good English skills are advantageous
- Previous experience in health screenings, preventive healthcare, occupational health or corporate health events is advantageous
