About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct venous blood draws during workplace health screenings
- Provide friendly support and guidance to participants throughout the screening process
- Briefly and clearly explain the measurements performed and health values collected, within the legally permitted scope of practice
- Support additional screening stations, such as blood pressure measurements, body composition analyses, and pulmonary function tests
- Ensure a hygienic, professional, and well-organized on-site process
- Prepare and follow up the work area and required materials
- Collaborate with the HealthCaters team and other healthcare professionals during events
- Document relevant work steps in accordance with internal quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Already resident in Germany
- Nursing qualification or professional license recognized in Germany
- Completed and recognized vocational training or degree in nursing, such as Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Registered Nurse, or a comparable qualification
- Alternatively, a recognized qualification as a Heilpraktiker or healthcare professional, provided you are legally authorized in the relevant country to perform venous blood draws
- Practical experience safely performing venous blood draws
- Very friendly, open, and professional demeanor
- Enjoyment of direct contact with people from diverse backgrounds
- Independent, reliable, and conscientious working style
- Strong awareness of hygiene, quality, and data protection
- Willingness to travel for one-day or multi-day assignments at company locations
- Class B driver's license is advantageous but not required
- Good command of the relevant local language
- Good English skills; additional language skills are advantageous
- Experience with health screenings, preventive care, occupational medicine, or workplace health events is advantageous
- No visa, relocation, or professional recognition support available
