About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute annual product marketing plans, programs, and tactics aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Business Development Representatives, and Demand Generation on campaigns and content across buyer stages
- Conduct primary and secondary research on market trends, segmentation, competition, customer needs, and end-user behavior
- Contribute competitive intelligence and synthesize findings into stakeholder battle cards
- Create and maintain buyer personas
- Develop and refine messaging and positioning for HealthEdge Source products in payer and adjacent markets
- Collaborate with Product Management to translate functionality and benefits into product messages
- Develop collateral, web content, public relations pitches, blog posts, campaign content, case studies, and thought leadership content
- Support product launches through strategy, positioning, pricing, packaging, sales enablement, and demand generation integration
- Develop customer references, testimonials, and case studies
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials, competitive battle cards, persona profiles, training sessions, and enablement programs
- Direct and track product marketing results and resources against goals
- Establish processes and procedures supporting communication, transparency, and efficiency
- Work cross-functionally across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-6+ years of relevant work experience in technical marketing, technical pre-sales, training, or product marketing/management in a healthcare technology/product environment, ideally for the payer market segment
- 1-2+ years of demonstrated experience crafting positioning and marketing content
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, computer science, or a relevant field, OR relevant industry experience in marketing technical products
- Master’s degree in business is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to launch and grow innovative technology products
- Strong writing, communication, presentation development, and storytelling/delivery skills
- Ability to lead through influence and drive outcomes with product management, sales, finance, and operations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to make decisions about complex issues and escalate when needed
- Ability to work in a high-growth, collaborative, adaptable culture
- May be required to complete a pre-employment criminal background check
