About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide ongoing support for ETL pipelines processing large healthcare datasets
Analyze production issues, implement code fixes, troubleshoot technical problems, and deliver immediate solutions
Collaborate with customers to diagnose and resolve software-related issues
Deploy, orchestrate, and monitor jobs across environments
Create process documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Participate in team meetings and scrum activities
Interface with developers, business analysts, delivery managers, QA teams, project managers, and account managers
Use JIRA for issue tracking and resolution
Seek stakeholder feedback to improve skills and adapt processes
Provide occasional weekend support for critical issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields (or equivalent work experience)
8+ years of hands-on experience with C#, SQL, and scripting languages
Expertise in Python, C#, and Shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
Advanced knowledge of SQL query optimization and stored procedures
Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
Familiarity with Airflow, Talend Studio, Redis, Azure Service Bus, and Kafka messaging platforms
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation
Proficiency with version control systems such as Bitbucket/Git
Familiarity with healthcare data formats including EDI files (834, 278, 837, 999)
Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
Agile methodology experience
Ability to work across multiple time zones
Candidates may be required to complete a pre-employment criminal background check
