  • Expand executive relationships across agency investment, strategy, innovation, planning, and client leadership teams
  • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline
  • Accurately forecast revenue and consistently achieve or exceed business goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in media sales, advertising, integrated marketing, or strategic business development with a strong focus on agency partnerships
  • Established relationships with senior leaders across agency holding companies and independent agencies
  • Demonstrated success exceeding revenue goals and growing strategic accounts through consultative, solution-based selling
  • Experience selling integrated media solutions across digital, video, social, print, branded content, experiential, programmatic, and data-driven offerings
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing pipelines, forecasting revenue, and prioritizing growth opportunities
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales forecasting tools, analytics, and presentation software
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to work from the New York City office on a hybrid schedule of four days per week
