About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the creative development of branded video content from initial concept through final delivery
  • Develop and present pre-production concepts, treatments, and pitch decks to clients
  • Facilitate creative client meetings to align on project objectives, deliverables, and production strategy
  • Oversee concept development, pre-production, production, and post-production
  • Direct on-set productions, managing talent, crew, equipment, and creative execution
  • Partner with editors throughout post-production to ensure storytelling, brand alignment, and creative excellence
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, production resources, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Coordinate with marketing, legal, and compliance teams; maintain production documentation and deliver post-project insights to clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience producing branded video content
  • Proven success leading creative development from concept through final delivery
  • Strong presentation, communication, and client relationship management skills
  • Hands-on experience directing video shoots and leading production crews
  • Proficiency with professional video editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling, creative strategy, and production best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to adapt to evolving production schedules while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in person in our New York City office four days per week
