About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support reporting needs of R&D, processing, packaging, commercialization, and design departments
- Gather, analyze, and compile data to identify trends and patterns and make recommendations
- Work with key stakeholders to develop, manage, and build reporting and dashboard solutions
- Train end users on reporting and dashboards
- Perform complex data analysis to develop business insights
- Conduct long-term analytical and tactical reviews of processes and reporting
- Serve as a liaison between IT and the R&D team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Extensive background in building advanced analytics reporting
- Demonstrated computer literacy including all Microsoft Office products required
- Advanced experience with data warehousing, query development, and table relationships
- Demonstrated analytical and math proficiency skills
- Demonstrated ability to deal effectively in interpersonal relationships
- High level of enthusiasm and sense of urgency
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week
- Ability to bend and lift objects of up to 20 pounds
