About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and best practices across programs
  • Coordinate and provide implementation support to Clinical Managers and Supervisors
  • Coordinate CQI initiatives, audits, performance improvement projects, and CQI meetings
  • Monitor documentation trends, quality indicators, and service delivery patterns to identify improvement needs
  • Analyze clinical performance data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities
  • Prepare CQI reports for leadership
  • Prepare clinical performance reports, grant reporting, and program evaluation materials
  • Track KPIs, quality metrics, engagement metrics, and clinical outcomes
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools supporting decision-making and performance improvement
  • Ensure accurate collection, analysis, and presentation of program data
  • Coordinate staff wellness, resilience, self-care, recognition, peer support, and post-critical-incident debriefing activities
  • Monitor staff wellness and engagement trends and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate the monthly Clinical Services Newsletter
  • Support planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical training and continuing education
  • Identify system-level training needs through CQI findings, staff feedback, engagement trends, and performance data
  • Coordinate leadership-facing training recommendations on wellness, resilience, clinical best practices, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention
  • Support coaching, mentorship, and development pathways for supervisors, managers, and emerging clinical leaders
  • Translate Clinical Services Director priorities into coordinated projects, communication plans, CQI activities, reporting routines, and cross-program implementation support
  • Participate in leadership meetings, committees, and internal or external workgroups as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or a related field required
  • Minimum of four years of relevant experience in crisis intervention, behavioral health, clinical services, or a related field required
  • Active clinical licensure such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent preferred; candidates under supervision or candidacy may be considered
  • Preferred experience in nonprofit or suicide prevention work, supervisory or program leadership, CQI, staff wellness, clinical training, data analysis and reporting
  • Preferred advanced training in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, trauma-informed care, or quality improvement
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, including coaching, performance management, and staff development
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Sound judgment, critical thinking, and effective decision-making in complex, sensitive, or high-pressure situations
  • Compassionate, respectful, and nonjudgmental approach when working with staff, leadership, and diverse populations
  • Strong organizational and operational skills, including managing multiple priorities, overseeing projects and programs, maintaining confidentiality, and adapting to changing needs
  • Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, training, and processes promoting quality, consistency, staff wellness, and accountability
  • Ability to analyze data and program outcomes, identify trends, and use findings for CQI, reporting, and operational decision-making
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, reporting systems, and other operational technology
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including occasional evening and weekend hours
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations, including community needs and disaster management
  • Physically able to lift 20 pounds, sit for long periods, talk on the telephone, and bend/stoop
  • Must reside in Oklahoma
