About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia care in patients' homes
  • Practice independently on the road
  • Conduct a few appointments per day without double-booking or rushing
  • Listen to families, explain end-of-life options, and help them say goodbye with dignity
  • Serve families in Denver, Aurora, Littleton, Westminster, Arvada, Lakewood, Parker, and surrounding areas
  • Participate in onboarding, one-on-one mentorship, and collaboration with experienced colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License
  • Choose the 4 weekend days per month that fit your life
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance
  • Completion of license verification, a background check, and a driving record review before the start date
