About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure accuracy of trade bookings, end-of-day pricing, and client deliverables
Manage lifecycle events on clients’ portfolio positions, including corporate actions, option expiries, and CFD resets
Investigate and address cash and position breaks through daily reconciliations
Serve as a key contact for the Global “Follow the Sun” model, ensuring seamless handovers and continuity of service
Identify, analyse, and escalate complex issues to management and/or development teams
Contribute to root cause analysis and future prevention
Investigate trade booking and pricing queries across a wide range of products
Communicate with clients, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure correct trade settlement and break resolution
Build a strong working understanding of HedgeServ applications and platforms
Support trade capture, security master setups, sensitive client reporting, portfolio pricing, and real-time PnL and risk display

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Strong command of English (minimum B2; C1+ preferred)
2.5+ years of demonstrable experience in a middle office, trade support, or similar operational role
Advanced knowledge of financial products, including Equities, Options, Futures, Fixed Income and various derivatives would be an asset
Experience using multiple applications to perform daily tasks while maintaining appropriate risk and control measures with high accuracy
Proficient in Excel and general IT tools
Ability to learn and master multiple proprietary and third-party applications quickly
Ability to articulate complex issues clearly and concisely
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to identify and address complex, non-standard issues independently
Ability to take responsibility for client issues and deliverables from start to finish
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
