About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Interact with guests to build relations and ensure expectations are met
  • Manage all night operations to deliver exceptional guest service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to be on feet for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lb
  • Detail oriented
  • Customer service experience helpful
  • Works well alone and with others
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
