Comp & perks- Direct access to the founder and a chance to shape the company — work with Felix every day and help define the tech stack, architecture, and engineering culture
- Learn AI and agent engineering on the job — use Cursor, Claude Code, the Anthropic API, and multi-agent setups in production, learning from day one what many developers only encounter in our training programs

- Top-tier hardware and all the tools you need
- Learning and conference budget — €2,000 per year for books, courses, and conferences
