Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidate must have graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant Program
  • Graduation from an accredited high school
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant Program or accredited Nursing Program
  • Proficiency with computer skills
  • Telephone courtesy to patients, visitors and co-workers
  • Proficiency in use of all front office equipment
  • Ability to maintain medical records according to policy and procedures
  • Proficiency in check-in and check-out processes
  • Ability to collect patient payments and properly prepare deposits
  • Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality
