About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers, answering questions and resolving platform-related issues
Provide training and support to providers on the use of the platform
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of provider inquiries and issues
Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives
Manage provider schedules to ensure adequate coverage for high-demand markets

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in provider relations or provider support roles in a healthcare or telehealth setting
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to interpret data to assist in capacity planning
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
Proficient in G-Suite
Knowledge of telehealth
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment
Must be legally able to work in the US without sponsorship
Availability to work Monday–Friday, 11 AM–7 PM PST; no schedule adjustments available
During the first month, availability for Monday–Friday, 6 AM–2 PM PST training; no schedule adjustments available
