About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct project controlling activities
  • Prepare monthly project status reports, including identifying plan-versus-actual variances and assessing opportunities and risks
  • Prepare and facilitate regular PMO meetings
  • Ensure compliance with internal corporate governance requirements
  • Develop and ensure compliance with commercial processes, including project and budget requests and invoice creation
  • Prepare forecasts for assigned projects
  • Support the preparation of the HSO project budget
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities for project-related matters, such as capitalization of assets and calculation of provisions
  • Recharge HSO services to internal and external customers
  • Prepare, interpret, and present HSO reporting, primarily using Qlik

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable discipline
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP (FI/CO/PS modules)
  • Knowledge of Qlik is desirable
