About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and define Supply Chain strategy with executive leadership
  • Lead end-to-end Supply Chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics
  • Oversee, manage, and develop planners, buyers, warehouse lead, and warehouse staff
  • Establish annual goals and objectives and manage team performance
  • Own and continuously refine the S&OP process
  • Partner with Portfolio Management, Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance on demand and supply plans
  • Prepare metrics and scenario analyses and guide executive decision-making
  • Align customer service levels and working capital with strategic objectives and escalate critical issues
  • Lead demand forecasting and maintain data integrity and system integration
  • Use data and analytics to improve Supply Chain visibility and performance metrics such as OTD, inventory turns, and COGS
  • Monitor global Supply Chain trends, technologies, and regulations and ensure compliance
  • Analyze and resolve supply-demand imbalances and optimize inventory levels
  • Ensure smooth NPI transitions from development to mass production
  • Assess supply risks and implement mitigation strategies with Procurement and Supplier Quality
  • Provide demand planning input to internal and external stakeholders
  • Enforce warehouse policies and procedures
  • Drive continuous improvement across Supply Chain functions
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience required
  • At least 3 years in a manufacturing environment
  • Preference to Medical Device industry experience
  • Minimum 5 years supervisory or lead experience
  • Experience with production planning, materials planning, systems management, manufacturing, and logistics
  • Demonstrated mastery of project management tools, processes, and best practices using multiple project management methodologies
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills in building, managing, and developing teams
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to support multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to travel approximately 15%
  • Ability to work onsite at the White Bear Lake, Minnesota location
