About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support EAMs and RSDs in planning and executing sales activities, events, and trainings
  • Provide trained, approved hands-on clinical support, including dressing changes, product applications, and evaluation/trial support
  • Progress to independent execution of clinical support activities
  • Serve as a customer point of contact, coordinate follow-up, and resolve inquiries
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare decision-makers and influencers
  • Manage order entry, tracking, and logistics for timely delivery
  • Prepare sales materials, presentations, and forecasts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Conduct cold outreach into designated target accounts and build a documented personal pipeline
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis
  • Share customer and market insights with sales and product teams
  • Stay current on product, clinical, and wound-care developments
  • Deploy nationally for territory coverage, launches, evaluations, and strategic assignments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS/BA in business, healthcare, or a related field or equivalent experience required
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry experience highly desirable but not required
  • Drive, coachability, learning agility, professionalism, and comfort in a field-based environment
  • Familiarity with supporting field sales teams, scheduling, and organizing events is an advantage
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Comfort with Microsoft Teams for meetings and presentations
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Flexibility to accommodate travel or work outside standard business hours when required
  • Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies preferred but not required
  • Participation in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility after hire
