About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the team with all administrative tasks as required
  • Administer and manage EHS IT applications, particularly Intelex
  • Support AI projects and work with BI tools
  • Design and further develop the Intelex environment
  • Integrate new features and applications into the existing IT infrastructure in collaboration with Corporate EHS and external software providers
  • Handle incoming user requests and analyze issues that arise
  • Support the development, communication, and implementation of solutions to resolve issues
  • Coordinate release upgrades and testing
  • Create and update IT system documentation
  • Contribute to presentations, guidelines, surveys, and training sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a technical or scientific field, preferably
  • Strong interest in IT; ideally, initial knowledge of IT system development, administration, and support
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of English
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Valid proof of enrollment for the entire period of employment
