About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze data repositories to identify and improve missing, outdated, or inconsistent information
- Update and standardize datasets in core IT systems, making them more useful for day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with various functional teams to understand data needs, requirements, and optimization opportunities, and develop solutions
- Create analyses and dashboards that make data easy to understand and clearly highlight areas for improvement
- Prepare results and recommendations for action in engaging presentations and, where appropriate, present them to management
- Explore suitable AI use cases and build knowledge of AI-related topics
- Become familiar with the AI environment and models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini
- Depending on the use case and project progress, develop and test initial AI skills and agents
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
- A variety of fields of study are welcome; specializations in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines are an advantage
- Enjoy working with data and have a careful, structured, and analytical approach
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and a willingness to learn new systems and topics
- Interest in AI and digital tools; practical AI experience is welcome but not required
- Initial experience with SAP is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Independent working style, willingness to ask questions when anything is unclear, and a keen eye for detail
- Valid proof of enrollment for the entire period of employment
