Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to customer and prospect inquiries promptly and professionally
Support order processing, follow-ups, and customer communication
Identify and follow up on sales opportunities with new and existing customers
Maintain accurate sales records and report on activity and results
Manage day-to-day administrative workflows, including documentation, filing, and scheduling
Keep records, trackers, and shared files accurate and up to date
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks and requests are completed on time
Prepare simple reports, summaries, and correspondence as needed
Create and support engaging social media content reflecting the Herbal Goodness brand
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and online engagement
Share ideas for campaigns, content, and ways to grow the digital presence

What you’ll need

A positive, energetic, and naturally outgoing personality
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
A diligent work ethic and the ability to manage administrative workflows alongside sales responsibilities
A creative eye for social media content and digital engagement
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Ability to learn new software quickly
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or administration is nice to have
Experience creating content with tools such as Canva or similar design apps is nice to have
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or CRM tools is nice to have
Interest in health, wellness, or natural products is nice to have
