About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform the monthly cost close, supporting the management close and ensuring the quality of financial information.
Analyze product cost composition and variances, including actual versus standard costs, raw materials, packaging, labor, and overhead costs.
Monitor the closing of production and maintenance orders in SAP, analyzing variances and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure the proper allocation and apportionment of manufacturing costs in accordance with accounting policies and costing criteria.
Support cost calculation and updates, as well as margin and profitability analyses by product, customer, channel, and business unit.
Perform inventory, provision, reconciliation, allocation, and physical inventory analyses and controls.
Prepare and monitor manufacturing cost budgets, forecasts, and projections.
Develop management analyses covering costs, volumes, productivity, mix, and performance to support decision-making.
Support economic and financial feasibility studies for projects and investments.
Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and KPIs in SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
Partner with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, R&D, Sales, and Finance teams.
Participate in continuous improvement, automation, and process enhancement initiatives within Controllership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector and knowledge of manufacturing costs.
Knowledge of SAP, particularly costing and Controllership processes.
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Cost Management, Finance, Industrial Management, or a related field is a plus.
Experience with SAP CO and closing manufacturing orders is a plus.
