About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, support and maintain automated legal templates using Contract Express
Design, develop, support and maintain SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and Copilot Agent solutions
Support Knowledge solutions in SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and AI platforms where required
Work under the direction of the Senior Knowledge Manager, Systems (Asia Australia), following a prioritised pipeline
Collaborate with Knowledge Lawyers/Counsel and Leads, lawyers, knowledge professionals, Digital, IT, and external automation and AI vendors
Deliver practical and effective technology solutions supporting the firm’s legal and business teams
Comply with WHS obligations and responsibilities and support a safe and respectful workplace

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years’ experience in a legal practice or professional services business
A “tech mindset,” with the ability to understand how different technologies work and use creative and analytical thinking to apply them effectively
Enthusiasm and confidence in experimenting with low-code or no-code automation
Readiness to swiftly adapt as technology progresses
Solid understanding of automation platforms and applied experience using platforms such as Contract Express or similar, as well as Microsoft 365 Power Tools
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong SharePoint skills
Experience with and/or curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
High level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to prioritise, follow and manage deadlines, and organise tasks
Personal integrity, initiative, and collegiality; capacity to work independently and in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate confidently with legal and business services professionals and clients
Ability to work effectively within an agile, activity-based environment
