Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least four years' experience as a corporate Equity Capital Market lawyer with US and/or HK side experience
  • Excellent academic record
  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Previous experience in initial public offerings, listings and public company M&A
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Ability to communicate well in oral and written form
  • Driven to deliver work promptly
  • Ability to set challenging goals and resilience in achieving them
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, spoken and written
