Support the Partners with the aim of taking on project responsibility and managing your own mandates
Identify and approach executives through Direct Search and business networks
Conduct direct outreach by telephone and persuade candidates to consider a career move
Prepare market analyses, target company lists, and candidate profiles
Manage searches end-to-end through to contract signing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Initial experience in executive search or a strong desire to enter the field
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates and decision-makers as an equal
Analytical curiosity and enthusiasm for research across business networks and databases
Ability to think from the other person’s perspective
