- Ability to follow discussions about infrastructure, databases, APIs, and AI systems
- Ability to test code examples and explain engineering tradeoffs
- Strong interviewing skills
- Strong research and analytical rigor
- Ability to read technical papers and interpret benchmarks and experimental results

- Willingness to work in US time zones for remote work
