Write detailed, research-driven blog posts, reports, and deep dives about trends across Hercules customers
Conduct extensive customer interviews
Develop original research questions and stories
Work with data, identify patterns, verify numbers, challenge assumptions, and present findings through charts and explanations
Apply business and software understanding to content
Use AI extensively to increase output speed and quality
Apply SEO best practices, including search intent and internal linking

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior or staff level Content Writer
Portfolio of long-form published work explicitly required
Exceptional writing ability, including turning complex information into clear, compelling stories
Ability to conduct extensive customer interviews and uncover convincing case-study details
Ability to independently develop original research questions and stories
Analytical ability to work with data, spot patterns, verify numbers, challenge assumptions, and present findings through clear charts and explanations
Business and software understanding, including how software affects revenue, costs, and day-to-day work
Extensive use of AI to 10x output speed and quality
Understanding of search intent, internal linking, and other SEO best practices
Willingness to work in US time zones if remote
Willingness to travel to the office regularly if remote
