Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Senior or staff-level AI Context & Harness engineering experience
  • Strong software fundamentals: system design, architecture, data modeling, and API design
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code and work effectively in monorepos
  • Track record of independently shipping lots of features to customers
  • Strong experience with context and harness engineering practices, including summarization/compression, prompting, prompt caching, subagents, memory, dreaming, context management, tools, async tools, deferred tools, RAG, and skills
  • Experience wrestling with context and harness engineering challenges at scale and strong opinions about what works and what does not
  • Proficiency with TypeScript, React, containers, Postgres, Redis, and Temporal
  • Ability to 10x workflow through frontier AI coding
  • Willingness to work in US time zones and travel to the San Francisco office regularly if remote
  • Willingness to work hard and operate at any level to get things done
