About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide compassionate, high-quality mental health care to individuals and families
- Provide mental health therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and social skills group services
- Work with clients from diverse backgrounds, age groups, and demographics
- Create a flexible clinical schedule while meeting position requirements
- Focus on client care without billing, marketing, or administrative responsibilities
- Build and maintain a caseload with support from referral sources
- Participate in individual and group clinical consultations
- Complete onboarding and credentialing with organizational support
- Work in-office or in a hybrid arrangement depending on organizational and client needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must hold an active California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Must be willing to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, age groups, and demographics
- Experience or interest in working with children under 12 is highly preferred
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking clinicians are highly encouraged to apply
- Part-time clinicians must work 20 or more clinical hours per week
- Must be a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the State of California
