About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program
- Adhere to health and safety policies, processes, and safe practices
- Provide client inspection services, including collection bin inspections and facility inspections
- Collect data using a mobile app
- Package full containers for shipment
- Prepare weekly activity reports through the mobile app
- Work with clients to achieve program efficiencies
- Complete project billing and cost tracking operations as needed
- Maintain inventory of inspection supplies
- Obtain and maintain credentials for client locations
- Respond to customer assistance needs during off hours
- Perform additional duties assigned to support the team and organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous work experience (required)
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Reliable transportation to drive between customer sites (required)
- Personal vehicle required
- Ability to complete a post-offer drug screen and background check
- Ability to obtain and maintain credentials for client locations
- Ability to complete required training
- Ability to respond to customers during off hours as needed
