About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of Arcwood’s recycling program
  • Prioritize health and safety by following policies, processes, and safe practices
  • Provide client inspection services, including collection bin inspections and facility inspections
  • Collect data via mobile app
  • Package full containers for shipment
  • Submit weekly activity reports via mobile app
  • Work with clients to achieve program efficiencies
  • Complete project billing and cost tracking operations as needed
  • Maintain inventory of inspection supplies
  • Provide off-hours customer assistance as needed
  • Complete additional duties assigned to support the team and organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous work experience (required)
  • Customer service setting experience (preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to drive between customer sites (required)
  • Personal vehicle required
  • Ability to work approximately 10–20 hours per week
  • Ability to complete necessary training provided by Arcwood
  • Ability to obtain and maintain credentials for client locations
  • Must adhere to health and safety policies and practices
  • Must pass a post-offer drug screen and background check
