About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program
  • Prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and safe practices
  • Provide inspection services, including collection bin inspections and facility inspections
  • Collect data via mobile app
  • Package full containers for shipment
  • Prepare weekly activity reports via mobile app
  • Work with clients to achieve program efficiencies
  • Complete project billing and cost tracking operations as needed
  • Maintain inventory of inspection supplies
  • Respond as needed to assist customers during off hours
  • Take on additional duties assigned to support the team and organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous work experience (required)
  • Previous work experience within a customer service setting (preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to drive between customer sites (required)
  • Personal vehicle required
  • Ability to work 10-20 hours per week with variable hours
  • Ability to complete necessary training provided by Arcwood
  • Ability to receive and maintain credentials to provide service at client locations
