About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a Product Collection Program on customer sites as part of the recycling program
Prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and safe practices
Provide inspection services, including collection bin inspections and facility inspections
Collect data via mobile app
Package full containers for shipment
Submit weekly activity reports via mobile app
Work with clients to achieve program efficiencies
Complete project billing and cost tracking operations as needed
Maintain inventory of inspection supplies
Complete training provided by Arcwood
Respond to customers during off hours as needed
Take on additional duties to support the team and organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous work experience (required)
Customer service setting experience (preferred)
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to drive between customer sites (required)
Ability to work 10–20 hours per week
Ability to complete required training
Ability to pass a post-offer drug screen and background check
Ability to obtain and maintain credentials to provide service at client locations
