About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete a 9–12-month Management Trainee Program based on individual progression
  • Gain hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and human resources
  • Train in two branches, with close to 50% of training completed at each location
  • Participate in on-the-job training, mentorship, and corporate development initiatives
  • Learn to manage a multi-million-dollar operation

  • Develop toward roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Operations Manager
  • Relocate for training and promotions as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree
  • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 2 plus years of related work experience is required
  • Degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management, or similar major preferred
  • Ability to relocate for training and promotional purposes within the United States
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong leadership qualities and dedicated work ethic
  • Proven history of success in roles requiring responsibility and accountability
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strategic thinking, organization, and time management capabilities
  • Self-motivated, self-driven, and willing to learn in a hands-on role
