About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with General Management to understand overarching business growth goals and translate them into actionable, multi-channel business development plans
  • Work with the Brand General Manager and wider Group teams to identify and unlock opportunities that accelerate Tutti Bambini’s growth
  • Leverage Group capabilities, expertise, relationships, and cross-territory opportunities to support the brand’s commercial growth strategy
  • Identify, pitch, and secure new commercial opportunities across retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer/e-commerce channels in the UK
  • Drive business development cross-functionally and across multiple territories
  • Work with financial teams on commercial modeling, forecasting, channel P&L analysis, and pricing strategies
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify emerging opportunities and refine product positioning
  • Partner with supply chain, marketing, and product development teams to ensure commercial alignment and seamless execution of strategic growth initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Approximately 5 years of commercial experience in business development, key account management, or commercial strategy within the consumer goods (FMCG / CPG) industry
  • Consumer goods experience; a background in the baby industry is ideal
  • Strong numerical capability and financial acumen
  • Proven experience building commercial models, analyzing margins, and utilizing sales data to inform strategy
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong bias for action
  • Comfortable presenting strategic growth plans to leadership and handling day-to-day key account execution
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of winning and growing key accounts
  • Based in or within easy commuting distance of London, UK
