About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide first- and second-level support to employees in a clinical environment
  • Administer Microsoft and VMware server and Microsoft client solutions
  • Administer terminal, application, database, and mail servers
  • Maintain and support LAN/WAN networks
  • Organize and plan tasks using a ticketing system
  • Maintain, service, and repair IT and telecommunications infrastructure as well as clinical information systems
  • Plan projects and develop internal IT project proposals
  • Develop small applications and SQL reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or Application Development, or comparable training
  • Good knowledge of Windows environments (Windows Server 2019, Windows 10/11 clients)
  • Extensive experience with server virtualization (VMware/Nutanix/Proxmox)
  • Experience administering LAN, WAN, and intranet architectures
  • Knowledge of telecommunications and telephone systems
  • Class B driver's license
  • Professional experience required
