About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer product launch and promotional campaign execution through project management of timelines, creative deliverables, and advertising media
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, finance, and ecommerce agencies
  • Manage product catalog, SEO, and scorecard tracking for share of voice and keyword competition
  • Target and optimize AMS and DSP advertising campaigns
  • Manage budget allocation to achieve ROAS goals and measure conversion funnel metrics and profitability
  • Update consumer touchpoints, including Brand Store and PDP pages, for promotions and new product launches
  • Manage updates to existing product pages
  • Optimize performance and conduct competitive assessments using weekly campaign reports and post-campaign reporting
  • Work with Retail Analytics to plan and track marketing execution ROI, including channel sales, traffic, industry data, and spend optimization
  • Liaise with client partners at management level and manage initiatives with a focus on timeliness and efficiency
  • Execute new product SKU setup
  • Support forecasting and execution budgets, including SOWs, POs, invoices, and budget-risk flagging
  • Build and implement project management infrastructure with clients and supporting tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 4–6+ years of experience in digital or Ecommerce marketing
  • Experience with Amazon is required
  • Strong working knowledge of marketplace models, including 1P vs 3P listings and Buy Box
  • Content management experience on major e-tailer websites via Amazon Vendor Central
  • Experience with Amazon Brand Store and comparable tools with other e-tailers
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to shared product listings, partner data feeds, vendor catalogs, and self-service ticketing platforms
  • Experience with budgeting and billing reconciliation
  • Demonstrated thought-leadership and relationship management with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and initiatives/projects across multiple product lines simultaneously
  • Highly motivated, determined, and organized problem-solver with rigorous attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to navigate changing expectations in a deadline-driven, rapidly evolving work environment
  • Strong professional communication, customer service, and leadership skills
  • Ability to execute multiple projects in a technical work environment with uncertain circumstances
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure environments and receptiveness to feedback and collaboration
