Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to research, teaching, and knowledge transfer within a dynamic and committed team
Provide conceptual and empirical support for research projects within the Chair’s research agenda
Support the design of courses
Conduct tutorial sessions as part of the courses
Supervise students writing seminar papers and master’s theses
Actively support and help shape the “Investors’ Darling” competition, held annually in cooperation with manager magazin
Contribute to the Chair’s practice-oriented publications
Support the continued positioning of HHL as an entrepreneurial university

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed a business-related university degree with relevant areas of specialization and above-average results
Strong analytical thinking skills
Demonstrated interest in research
Good knowledge of quantitative methods
Strong communicator and committed team player
Enjoyment of conceptual and creative work
Fluent German and English, with excellent negotiation-level proficiency
