Assist with leading a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department
Create an effective, productive, and rewarding team environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

No housekeeping experience is required; willingness to learn
Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities
Experience managing a team is a plus
Experience working in a healthcare environment is a plus
Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish, is a plus
Many healthcare facilities require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption in place
Interpersonal, communication, customer service, professionalism, decision-making, proactivity, teamwork, business ethics, and organizational skills
