About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as executive owner and primary point of contact for strategic, complex, high-value enterprise accounts
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships through the C-suite
  • Develop and execute multi-year, executive-level strategic account plans
  • Align Hi Marley’s roadmap with customer business objectives and transformation initiatives
  • Navigate complex organizational structures, competing priorities, and ambiguity
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer teams
  • Drive end-to-end execution of account strategy
  • Ensure measurable value realization, adoption, and renewal across the portfolio
  • Own pipeline development, forecasting, and quota attainment
  • Maintain forecasting, pipeline hygiene, account plans, and activity tracking in Salesforce or comparable SFA tools
  • Advise senior customer stakeholders and internal leadership on business issues, processes, and trends
  • Monitor competitors, market dynamics, and emerging product trends
  • Represent Hi Marley at executive events, conferences, and customer engagements
  • Operate with executive-level autonomy and judgment
  • Synthesize enterprise engagement insights to inform go-to-market strategy, product roadmap prioritization, and executive decisions
  • Shape complex deal strategy
  • Mentor peers and codify best practices as a player-coach

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10–15+ years of enterprise account management experience
  • Proven track record of closing and expanding complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise software deals
  • Experience selling in long sales-cycle environments (6 mo.+) with multi-stakeholder, executive-level buying committees
  • Track record of leading and growing large, complex Fortune-class enterprise accounts
  • Experience engaging at the C-suite and senior executive level
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build trust-based relationships
  • Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and rapid change in a high-growth startup environment
  • Comfort with 30–40% travel
  • Experience in Property & Casualty insurance and/or InsurTech strongly preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable SFA tools
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
