About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategically develop the Planning Consulting practice
- Drive innovation, including AI and product development
- Provide functional and hierarchical leadership for the Planning Consulting teams in Germany, Switzerland, and South Africa
- Own the channel partnership with Diamant partner Jedox
- Oversee the entire customer and project portfolio, including budgets
- Ensure quality across the Planning Consulting practice
- Collaborate with technology partners, HICO’s executive management, and colleagues
- Actively lead complex projects from conception through rollout
- Manage risks and conflicts
- Further develop and shape the future of the Consulting organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of leadership experience, including team and practice management, in BI, EPM, or controlling
- Several years of consulting experience
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing modern planning and reporting solutions
- Experience with AI solutions that increase productivity
- In-depth understanding of business processes, corporate performance management, and controlling
- Degree in (business) information systems, business administration, an MBA, or equivalent qualifications
- Technical expertise in Jedox, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), or other established BI and planning tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at management level
- Based in Germany or willing to relocate
- Fluent German and English, with English proficiency at least at C1 level
