About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions on AWS, from data preparation and model development through deployment and monitoring
Work directly with customers to understand business problems and translate them into practical AI/ML solutions
Build, test, deploy, and maintain ML models using AWS ML services and frameworks
Develop production-quality Python code, data pipelines, and ML applications
Work with data and engineering teams to prepare, process, analyze, and operationalize ML data and models
Implement model monitoring, retraining, and performance improvements where required
Develop technical documentation, reference architectures, and reusable solutions
Communicate technical solutions clearly to technical and business stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience building and deploying Machine Learning / AI solutions on AWS
Strong Python programming skills
Experience with the end-to-end ML lifecycle: data preparation, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring
Experience with AWS SageMaker or comparable AWS ML services
Strong understanding of ML/AI concepts and frameworks
Experience working in a customer-facing consulting or technology environment
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
Advanced degree (MS/PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Preferred technical skills: AWS SageMaker, S3, Lambda, Glue, EMR, IAM, VPC, Step Functions; TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spark/PySpark; Hadoop, ETL/data pipelines, Jupyter; Deep Learning, Transformers, RNNs, Reinforcement Learning; Python; R is a plus
