About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set the vision and multi-quarter roadmap across Business Operations, Fulfillment, and Finance
  • Manage, mentor, hire, and develop Product Managers across the verticals
  • Own the end-to-end catalog-to-cash commerce lifecycle
  • Ensure shared platform contracts, analytics, layouts, and reporting are designed for reuse
  • Guide the PIM, pricing, taxes, channel configuration, loyalty, and analytics roadmap
  • Steer fulfillment, inventory, warehousing, time-clocking, and metering initiatives
  • Own payments, checkout, invoicing, and ledger/accounting roadmap
  • Ensure secure money movement and balanced books across providers and systems such as QuickBooks and Xero
  • Drive growth in GMV, transaction success, merchant adoption, and reliability
  • Partner with engineering, design, finance, operations, and leadership on strategy and trade-offs
  • Represent Commerce in company-level planning
  • Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform investments
  • Establish product operating rituals, specifications, and quality standards for discovery, prioritization, launch, and review

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience
  • 2+ years directly managing Product Managers
  • 10+ years of total professional experience
  • Track record of leading product across a large, multi-team surface area, ideally in commerce, payments, fintech, or platform/SaaS
  • Proven people leadership, including hiring, developing, and retaining Product Managers
  • Strong platform and systems judgment
  • Ability to reason about pricing, fulfillment, payments, invoicing, and ledger interconnections
  • Experience partnering with senior engineering, design, and business stakeholders
  • Experience setting strategy, securing resourcing, and driving company-level outcomes
  • Experience managing and growing Product Managers
  • Experience leading product across commerce, payments, fintech, or a comparable transaction-heavy platform
  • Bonus: Experience owning a commerce or payments platform end-to-end at significant scale
