About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and activate an initial pipeline of MSP relationships
  • Identify and segment MSP profiles and refine the ideal customer/partner profile
  • Own the MSP relationship lifecycle from outreach and discovery through onboarding, activation, revenue generation, retention, and expansion
  • Conduct conversations with MSP owners and leaders to test positioning, uncover needs, understand objections, and identify gaps
  • Develop and validate HighLevel's MSP value proposition
  • Partner with Affiliate Programs, Product Marketing, Enablement, Marketplace, Product, and other internal teams on messaging, onboarding, enablement, and infrastructure
  • Learn HighLevel's affiliate ecosystem and connect affiliate-led growth strategies with the MSP business model
  • Build and improve the MSP go-to-market playbook using market feedback, experiments, performance data, wins, and losses
  • Identify ecosystem applications and integrations that strengthen HighLevel's MSP value proposition and create revenue opportunities
  • Develop lighthouse MSP relationships for validation, feedback, advocacy, case studies, and expansion
  • Track pipeline, activation, revenue performance, market feedback, and key learnings; provide investment recommendations
  • Operate with a test-learn-adjust-scale approach while maintaining cross-functional alignment
  • Represent HighLevel at approximately 1–2 relevant MSP industry events per quarter

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Established and active network of relationships with MSP owners, executives, and business leaders
  • Deep understanding of the MSP ecosystem, including MSP operations, service monetization, recurring revenue, technology evaluation, and vendor decisions
  • Demonstrated experience building pipeline and developing new business relationships
  • Strong builder mentality and experience in fast-moving, high-growth, startup, or zero-to-one environments
  • Ability to operate without a fully established playbook and create one through execution and experimentation
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to turn market feedback into actionable GTM recommendations
  • Curiosity about affiliate-led growth and willingness to learn HighLevel's affiliate ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across Affiliate Programs, Marketing, Product Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Marketplace teams
  • Ability to analyze relationship performance, pipeline, activation, and revenue data
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 1–2 times per quarter
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the MSP ecosystem, MSP-focused technology, SaaS partnerships, channel development, business development, or related roles
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and technical ecosystem concepts preferred
  • Experience with vertical SaaS, platform ecosystems, or product-led growth environments preferred
