About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and deliver features across the Agency Module, Agency Onboarding, and Platform Billing across backend and frontend systems
Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations with internal microservices and third-party platforms such as Stripe
Build performant frontend experiences for agency management, onboarding, and billing workflows
Own features from requirements and technical planning through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support
Use AI-first coding practices and tools such as LLMs, Cursor, and Claude Code
Design data models and build efficient queries across MongoDB, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch
Participate across the full Software Development Life Cycle
Write clean, secure, testable code with unit and integration test coverage
Use logs, metrics, monitoring, and tracing to troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, incident resolution, and operational support including on-call responsibilities where applicable

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production-grade full-stack applications
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript for backend development, including APIs and service integrations; NestJS experience is preferred
Strong frontend development experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular; Vue.js preferred
Good understanding of component-based development and state management
Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with microservices and service-to-service integrations
Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar databases, including data modeling, querying, and performance considerations
Experience with asynchronous and event-driven application patterns using GCP Pub/Sub, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar
Ability to debug and troubleshoot production issues across frontend, backend, databases, and integrations using logs and monitoring tools
Understanding of automated testing, code reviews, Git, CI/CD, and production deployment
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
Strong problem-solving, ownership, and collaboration skills
Preferred: experience with AI tools, open-source projects, modern frontend frameworks, full-stack web applications, and GCP cloud-native development
